   Solutions plan

   Weeks 3 and 4, included

   Prioritised needs, one solution per need, a costing, a decision.

   Each need is prioritised (impact, urgency, feasibility). For each one: the solution retained and the alternatives set aside (keep, improve, replace, build), the set-up cost, the recurring cost, the expected gain, the lead time. A roadmap in three waves (90 days, 6 months, 12 months) and a budget. Presented to the managing director or the executive committee, decisions recorded.

   Implementation

   2 to 10 weeks per solution

   Cape Pebble runs it end to end, you keep the keys.

   Choice of tools and suppliers without commission, configuration or development, data migration, integrations, testing, training, documentation, handover. When the outcome is uncertain, a six-week Proof Sprint first validates the KPI in real conditions. Delivered by Augustin or with the collective's partners.
